Me and my family flew in from Bodø to see Travis in Tromsø. This was my 5'th gig, my husbands 4'th and my two little boys, Jonas (9) and Sebastian (6) first. They have been raised up with the wonderful Travis-magic since before they were born, and were very excited. When we arrived at the hotel we were noticing that the place were buzzing with døgnvill-crew and media-folk, and my eldest son Jonas said to me: What if Travis is staying at our hotel?Noooo, I don't think so, don't get your hopes up I said. And in the same moment Jonas said: Mom! Isn't that Fran? And it was! In fact, all of Travis was staying at same hotel, so we were lucky enough to spot Fran several times, and even in the airport on our way back to. He was so nice and kind to my boys and sat down on the floor when we took photos.I also got my AIWTDIR-single signed.
The gig was one of the best I've been to. They were really rocking, and the new songs got the crowd wild, even though many of them never heard them before. I have to say J. Smith was the absolut highlight,boy-oh-boy-oh-boy!We got good spots right in front of Dougie and my boys were jumping and dancing and having a ball. They had made banners, one that said "Travis rocks" and another that said "I,m so happy". Dougie spotted them both and gave them a big smile and wave. And waving his hips like there was no tomorrow,making all the young girls (and a couple of men I guess)crazy.
Travis only get better and better, I don't know how they do it. Thank you for an unforgettable day!
