Probably my favorite Travis gig :) Me and my sister got to the venue at about midday I think and hung around in the freezing cold (we looked at the weather in the paper the next day and the temperature had got down into minus figures on the 22nd!) with two other girls untill the band arrived. Neil came first we got autographs and photos and he went inside, then Andy and Dougie arrived in a car, got out to talk to us/sign things then invited us into the soundcheck!! We went in and before long Fran turned up, we didn't really get to talk to him or get anything signed but it was still amazing, just to be there. After the soundcheck we hung around inside, in the warm, untill the doors opened. Oh and the actual gig was brilliant, as usual!

This was my first Travis gig. Unfortunately we had rubbish seats up in the balcony, where nobody in the audience moves or joins in singing. Lesson 1: only buy standing/ stalls tickets.

Nevertheless, it was absolutely amazing; well, it must have been cos I've back for loads more since!

The whole gig was upbeat, from "Sing" which opened the set, to "Happy" at the end, which was dedicated to New York, in the wake of 9/11.

The highlight for me was Neil's drumming in "Pipedreams", that bit just before the last chorus! It has stayed in my memory, and whenever I play it in the car, I thump the living daylights out of the steering wheel.

Goes to show, you can't beat a live performance!

Amazing! First Travis gig and I really enjoyed it although I was in the balcony which wasn't great (first ever gig, have since learned only to buy standing tickets!).

I Am Kloot were great and played one or two really beautiful songs.

Then the lads came on and put on a real show. Highlights for me were 'Why does it always rain on me?', '20' with Fran on the acoustic and some festive cheer.

Fran's voice was amazing, very strong.

Great night.

I really enjoyed this gig, my second time seeing the lads and everyone was all so festive and happy to be there. I went with my big Bruv, it was his first time at a gig and I think he enjoyed it alot coz he's been to lots more since. Our seats were at the back of the venue but we were abit naughty and made our way down the aisle to the front to get a better view. I love the band's cover of Joni Mitchell's River, brings a tear to my eye! Was an excellent gig, set me in the mood for xmas xx

The best Travis gig I've been to! We were lucky to have seats at the front and it felt so intimate to be so close while doing the acoustic songs! During '20' fran came right up the edge of the stage and sang without a mic and it was prob the best thing i've seen him do! It was such a Christmassy gig aswell and on the train down to London that afternoon i joked with my mate Sam that you might do some Slade for a laugh and I don't know if I'm psycic or something but you DID at the very end! It was a fantastic night and an end tyo a great year!
