Ooh, first review. My first Travis show as well. I had been looking forward for this for so long I was worried it could never live up to the expectation, but it was just great. I think it says something about Travis that every time I've seen them again since this they've got better and better. Fran's anti-S-Club-7 rant was hilarious, and the big-screen Gran Turismo thing was inspired. Around this time my sister got really ill, and it was a hard time for all of us. I still believe this gig and having Travis happiness to hold onto was the only thing that kept me sane, so it's still really special for me. Thanks guys for being there when I needed you. *mwah*
just fantastic! was at the front, and to look back and see 15,000 people watching the great travis was a joy to behold. i remember the performance of fear being particularly good, but the highlight of my night was a solid 4 minute jumping-fest when they played happy! great gig.
i remeber this night like it was yesturday it was mine and my boyfriends first eva gig together and my first eva gig i eva went to. i wore killer heels (big mistake) lets just say i have neva wore heels at any other gig again. going to watch them twice this year at the quarry shrewsbury and wolves civic, gives me goose pimples just thinking bout it...xxxxxxx
