I remember that track listing. The band has made mistakes in the past but leaving off Before You Were Young would have been truly crazy! Haha. For TBWNN I would actually keep the first 8 songs, but change the last 6. I would have put on after One Night: The Great Unknown, Chances, The Day Today, You Bring Me Down. Perfect. :) I would have put Definition Of Wrong onto 12 Memories definitely. :) And i'm sad Life And Soul Of The Party and Sarah are only b-sides too. |

Hello. :) Yeah, got it in the email this morning. Was surprised. Panicked at first. Haha. But then I actually looked at it closely and I'm pleased. It was always, for me, love the first 4, love the last 4. Those 3 in the middle, Broken Mirror, Friends and Get Up, being unsure about. I think the end isn't quite as strong but over all, I think it's a better track listing. :) The first 4, last 2 were always going to be like that. They're perfectly placed. Very excited by the album. :) One thing about the video, which I do like, do you think it catches the energy of the song? Neil's drumming? Fran's guitar playing? They don't play it like that live. They have so much more energy. That disappointed me a bit. Clever, funny video though. :) |
