Hi everyone! My old username was Barby on Travisonline, but we Argentinian fans had our own forum where I adopted the name I can’t sleep tonight, so no, I’m not continuing with my original username, but I like this one better.

How vintage we are! My old username was Barby, I didn’t usually comment much in the threads except for the “If you’re Argentinian” one. Thanks to Travisonline I met the people who are now my friends from Travis concerts, really lovely people and we’re very close, a wonderful group of people to be a part of in the Southern Hemisphere.

Hi Fran, how are you? It’s nice to see people writing in the new forum. I don’t know if you were familiar with an Argentinian rock band called Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota. Their singer passed away last Friday. He was a very admired singer, both for his music and the content of his lyrics. He rarely used Instagram to stay connected with his fans, since he didn’t perform very often and didn’t give interviews. He commented on his fans’ posts more than once, and I thought, how exciting it is when someone you admire and respect feels close simply by being present with a few words, like you’re doing now. Here the days are cloudy and cool, and I’m particularly looking forward to winter because for me it’s the best time of year, as I don’t like the Buenos Aires heat.
I traveled to Chile in April to see you at the Coliseo in Santiago. I haven’t been able to get a picture with you for years. Could you grant me one the next time you come to Argentina?
