I just discovered that the best (aka most efficient) way to ruin your favorite song, specifically a song where the male singer is criticizing an ex-girlfriend, is to realize that YOU ARE the girl he hates so much. Nothing sucks as bad as realizing you're the girl you hate in every song you love.
To make this thread more applicable to other boardies: What do you think is the best way that your favorite song could be absolutely ruined for you? |

If it were to be Covered by Nickelback.
But why would you want to ruin your favorite songs on purpose? :D

God I hate Nickelback, utter gash.
Putting a dirty big scratch through it would do it. |

I always found the best way to ruin a song is to get in a relationship, adopt it as your song, then split up in a heart wrenching way, such that this song reminds you about that feeling every time you listen to it. |
