This song has taken a fair bit of criticism here.
Whilst i understand people might not like it. It is actually a realy cheery number.
I thought it sounded great live back in febuary, and the guys seemed to realy ENJOY singing it.
It feels like a FUN record for a not to serious time.
Not all songs are meant to be deep and meaningful lyrically.
I find the song realy upbeat.
You would,n't get Coldplay making this song.
Its a feelgood song that would be great to dance to at a
gig. Its groovy with a capital G.
Its a party record! Let yourself go to the bass. Don't take it too serious. (lol)

i agree with everything you say..but i love Coldplay also and i dont think its right to compare them. They are both amazing in their own ways!
But yeahh LOVE this song :D |

Love it! It's a great all out rock song with lots of energy. A lot of people have said it's repetitive, but it works for this song. I think that's the point...it's like J. Smith is dreaming or in some sort of trance and his conscience is telling him GET UP! YA GOTTA, YA JUST GOTTA!

Yes they are both amazing R. In their own way!
Just trying to point out that Travis make upbeat fun records too , that should be enjoyed.
I feel they give us the entire spectrum.
(p:s, i did,nt get the last Coldplay album, so maybe they were not the best example to use. Apologies to all Coldplay fans!)
