That sounds awesome Paul. I struggle with the format, it’s too confusing, but the spectacle of it looks ace. Definitely going to Edinburgh next year for the grand depart, that will be awesome.

I am now a full blown MAMIL – took up road cycling a few years ago and love it. Best mental health activity. Absolutely love it. Found you and added you on strava!

Completely forgot that Blue on a Black Weekend was in “Dead Man on Campus”. How did that one come about?!

Saw this today. Don’t know anything about them, if they’re signed or have an album due. Band is Wyatt the last song on the set – Hole in My Heart – holy moly that’s a raw finish:

Ah man horsetail is a nightmare. Nothing kills it. There’s a load in the strip of land next to me and it keeps trying to creep in. Only answer I’ve found is just consistently digging it out! Good luck!

Ok another new one from a kids TV show again!
Walter Martin – let the tall ships sail

I found my little girl singing along to it as it’s featured in the TV series Hilda. Hilda is a lovely little show, based on a series of books that are also excellent. Hilda has been great for my girl being able to relate to, as Hilda shares a lot of neuro divergent traits.

Anyway, finding myself exploring more of Walter Martins stuff as it bridges that kids into adults space. And Let the tall ships sail is a bop.

Ah that is awfully sad. I didn’t know much about him until I got talking to someone wearing a Salts Mill sausage dog tshirt one evening – actually after a the BBC SSO show at the Barrowlands. Really love his work now.

Fran what did you make of Belle and Sebastians new World Cup song? And, how do I put this politely, where is yours?!

Not through choice, but the Gabbys Dollhouse soundtrack has been getting some serious air time recently.
I’m really into ‘Stickin’ with you’ just now. Which I genuinely think is one of the best lyrics about friendship!

Manchester Albert Hall 2016. The Everything at Once tour. I don’t know what it was about that night. I remember it being a hot and sticky May evening. The crowd seemed to be permanently hovering about 2 feet off the ground and the vibes were just great.
