I worked out the guitar the other day. Now just matching Fran's vocal performance is the impossibility i have to overcome!

Ahhh, now I've heard this beautiful track for the first time... and now I can't stop!

First of all, I have to say I was very curious, because I heard much about that song (people started to cry because of it and stuff). As soon as the song began I had to close my eyes.
It is so beautiful and sounds so incredibly sad. I loved it from the first minute on and I still can't stop listening to it!

I've done a crude vocal-removing trick on Sarah and ended up with a sort of vocal free version which might make it easier to hear the piano from, along with the only-listening-from-the-right-earphone technique :) It's here.

Ohh!! A verrrrrrrr...

Edit: Sorry, I forgot I was supposed to speak in english, it's 4 am xD.

Did you use Sound Forge? I tried to do the same thing with other songs and got simmilar results :oP.
The instrumental part of this song is just soooo beautiful!!!

Nope, I used Audacity which is free from here. Sarah works particularly well because of the piano one side, guitar the other and vocals straight down the middle :) Some songs don't work at all.
It's harder than I thought to work out the piano, I get the feeling there's an entire bass part which I'm missing...

As you all said,Sarah is brilliant. But what's wrong with Get Up?I think it's as good as Sarah.(I know,it's repeating "You've gotta get up,you've gotta get up..." but it's good anyway.Especially hearing Dougie's voice in chorus.)

I don't know why,but Sarah reminds me Ring Out The Bell.Every time I hear Fran say "Upon the creepin' vine, vine" I want to say "Soo ring oouuut the bell..."

BTW,did you try to listen it only with the right or with the left headphone?(oh,if I'm writing stupid sentences please correct them)

Yes, it's very cool! You can listen to Fran's voice and the guitar on one side or Fran and the piano on the other :o)
