Stop being late all the time!
And maybe more books, less crappy TV shows.

Could be any of those.
The "stop being late all the time" deffinitely too.
Get a nice well paid job (and save a lot of money).
Continue with my singing lessons.
Be happier.

The main one is to get at least a 2:2 in my ordinary degree so I can get into honours and not get kicked out! Also all your usual stuff too.

Ever since I was a kid, I've wanted to become an author of children's books. It seems like half my life I've been saying, "One day I'm going to write a children's book." Well, I am going to do it this year. I have scrapped my blog to free up writing time and I'm going to do it. I already have a concept in mind.

There are lots of things I've always thought I'd like to do "one day." We've had a few family members dying before their time recently and it really makes you realize that "one day" doesn't always happen. Sometimes you have to do things before you feel truly ready, before you really have money to "spare," and even if you don't really have time.

I also want to start having friends over more often and make an effort to see some of my older relatives that I haven't seen in years.

I'd also like to shed a few pounds. My youngest is 2 now, so I don't have an excuse anymore.

1. Not to smoke (thanks to Lemon Grinner for the idea - I don't smoke either so it's an easy one!)
2. Get my blood pressure down. I'm currently losing weight and lost more than a stone so far, but I need to lose another stone to get a normal BMI. According to my doctor, this should get the pressure down. Plus, it's a more original resolution to get my blood pressure down than losing weight lol
3. Stop being single. That will definitely be the most difficult one!

I resolve to keep doing exactly what I'm doing, drinking, working, partying, socializing and generally having a good time.

I may start making a bit more time for someone special but other than that, I'm quite happy with the status quo.

I don't see the point in using the whole New Year, New Life thing, if i resolve to do something I'll do it whenever I feel like it, not just because it's a occassion. This is probably why I'm not a huge fan of Christmas either... Peace on Earth and Goodwill to All Men, oh, so that means that because you behave at Christmas you can go around the rest of the year treating people like shit?? I don't fuckin' think so, and I'm not going to lie to someone and shake their hand and be all nice, when I can't stand the fucker for the rest of the year. That is why is dislike it, stop being false, make a difference all year not just at Christmas.

Mind you, The Great Escape is on... so it aint all bad

-lose weight.
-be happier in general.
-be more 'domesticated' (ie cook and clean more often).
...it may be too ambitious to set any resolutions pertaining to my lovelife. haha
