(soooorrrryyy for the delay, I'd totally forgotten that today was All Saint's Day and I had tons of stuff to do)

Okay, I checked and double-checked, and I hope I haven't left anyone out or mixed up a match *lol*
If someone’s got "a problem" with their exchange-partner, please let me know right now ;-)
If you need to back out, let me know a.s.a.p. so we can find a new partner for the poor soul you’re leaving behind!! *sniff*
THE RULES
(please read)(thanks, Kristy, BTW ;P)
1. the price limit shall be €10 (US$ 14,80 / £9 / CHF15) before shipping.
You can check the current exchange rates here: http://www.xe.com/ucc/
2. Presents can include food, but it shouldn’t be the only thing you send. Other than that, you can send whatever you like.
3. I'd say we all post our items IN NOVEMBER – that should give international postmen plenty of time to deliver the presents. Postal workers are on strike again in the UK, so let’s all keep our fingers crossed that this won’t become an "Unsecret Easter Bunny" for UK-boardies and their exchange-partners!
4. Pressies should NOT be opened before Christmas Eve ;-)
I think I've said enough now.
Let the merry shopping-frenzy begin! ;)
Yours,
the unsecret Elf.

*****NEW: Extra-Info for Exchange-Newbies
Since I've read questions like "What are we supposed to send?" in a few profiles ;P, here is the link to last year's present-opening thread for you, as an inspiration:
Unsecret Santa 2008
There are basically no restrictions except the ones in the RULES (which you should've read by now ;P).
You might want to send sth "typical" from your country, since this is an international exchange, after all, and maybe everyone can learn a tiny little thing from it (e.g. that the German diet doesn't consist of white sausages, pretzels & beer only ;P - although IF you want to have sausages, pretzels & beer, there's no better place to try it than Bavaria ;P) |
