So im at work and have no one to tell, so im telling you guys!
I got a promotion! Ive been at the playhouse that i work at for over a year. I was initially hired for 2 days a week (i jumped at that as it was my first job out of uni, my first interview, and in my field) and a month in i got bumped up to 3 days..and today i was told im being made full time! Woot! I will have a bit more in the way of responsibility and actually working for a few different departments (im not sure if that part is good or bad at this point) but the main point is..vacation time, health benefits and free parking! And a little more money. Sadly, i will be making less an hour (oh the arts world), but there will be 16 more hours a week and maybe a real vacation sometime!
Stalking Ryan Adams on Thursday...full time today! Everythings coming up Millhouse...err, Kristy (disregard if you dont get Simpson's references). |

Actually, i tend to post more when i am here bc i am at a computer all day than i do when i am at home, so maybe you will have to deal with more of me. Im sorry |

thanks everyone! Boardies are so nice!
Ric, i have kinda an office/cublible combo thingie. I mean, it isnt like a traditional cubicle...i have a window, lots of room, my own space, blocked off from others... but im not in a nice private office or anything. There are already lots of hockey pics, dont you worry. And a lovely picture of Travis. |
