VIP Tent Cam. You can just make out that it's them!
I can see Dougie and Fran definitely!
I knew to check because they said they were playing in there live on Virgin Radio.

V festival Webcam
Fran ("Don't call me Frank, because of what it ryhmes with") Healy just gave an interview live on Virgin Radio to Christian O'Connell (About 2.35pm) where he talked about loving seeing Squeeze and the Kings Of Leon at the Staffordshire V Festival yesterday, missing seeing The Verve because it started pouring, his 17 year old Converse trainers, hoping that Amy Winehouse gets well soon and makes more music, talking about Amy MacDonald being a boardie on this very board, keeping in touch with us fans through the website, and running his own record label. It should be available on the Virgin website later, as other interviews are. Did anyone else hear it?

Travis In The VIP Marquee
"Sunday is always a bit of a chilled affair in the VIP area. Pimms seems to be the drink of choice and since the weather's been terribly kind to us today, it seems like a very pleasant way of spending a Sunday afternoon, watching or listening to some great live music.
Travis kicked off procedings with a set with plenty of hits including, of course, Turn. Fran asked the audience who they were looking forward to seeing. "Travis" came the, perhaps obvious, answer. Or Girls Aloud. I think they probably meant Kings of Leon, or Verve - the latter of whom's set you can hear live on Virgin Radio this evening from 9pm. But it's not for me to put words into our guests' mouths. As Geoff mentioned on-air earlier, it's actually a hard decision to make going to see a live band on one of the big stages this evening, or watching your colleagues or guests playing RockBand after all the live sessions have finished.
As ever, the Travis session was recorded for broadcast and to go online very shortly."
Told you! Good news that it was recorded! I'll post the link to it when I see it, if someone else doesn't beat me to it. |

Thanks, but I already found it and posted it here :) I did an audio rip, but I don't think the video could be ripped easily.
I recorded almost every single one of the 24 hours of coverage (both days), but missed one hour which I think is when Travis were on :( |
