Well, you have a passion for math, so it may be a good fit for you. I knew two people who tried majoring in accounting and found it too boring. But they were not math lovers. Take an accounting class and find out how you like it. |

Might as well explore the possibility. Hey you'd definitely help break the stereotype that accountants are boring fuddy duddys. |

An old school friend of mine with not much interest in school drifted around a bit, took a course in textile design etc before going into accounting (to everybody's astonishement). AFAIK she's still in the field, after 20 years or so.
You're interested in maths, it might just be the thing for you. |

You should give it a try :o)
Accountancy doesn't have to be boring, especially if you have to investigate discrepancies etc. |

I work in an office with four accountants, they are pretty reserved most of the time.... until we have a night out, they are fucking mental !!!

I suppose if you feel like being incredibly dull serious and have a penchant for being overcautious when it comes to forward thinking.
Then go for it. |

Not that you have any prejudice or stereotypes in your mind, of course. These are just facts of life.
