aww...i can understand the sadness. like, there's nothing left to do. but obviously, that just means we're that much closer to being able to listen ourselves.
it has definitely been fun to read about the whole process!

thanks fran! and thanks to dougie for the previous blogs!

Don't think I've said it yet:

Thank you Fran and Dougie for keeping us so up to date. You're great! :)

And I can't wait to see the art work, hopefully soon. I just re-read the latest blog, I can't wait to hear this drum fill thing at the end of the album. This is where Dougie said they had 3 drum kits set up and him, Fran and Neil played them all at once. That and the gong, I cannot wait. I love how it really calms down for the verse but then gets soooo loud in the chorus before the amazing end!

Need sleep now. :)

What great reading this has been .Thanks Dougie and Fran.

I can't take the smile off my face now. I imagine this man with a cool hat walking through NY listening to his ipod with what will be the best CD in 2008 and I think, the Travis experience ... and he made it happen! what a fantastic feeling :))

Last blog made me think of my dad ( a perfectionist for music sound) would have loved all the detail on the music from the tapes to the bass and treble tweeks and the tweeter in the speakers and the granite - Wow- Its great to know that so much attention goes in to it . The speakers look fantastic , definately on my wish list!

Nice pic too Fran , looks great in b+w

I love Fran's ending:

"I think you're going to like this record"

Understatement of the century according to some people :D

Hahaha I love it too! After all the excitement that the february gigs, the recording blogs by Dougie and the mix blogs by Fran have generated, the ending with a modest "like" made me smile hahaha. It's going to be amazing!!!!!!!! :oD

It might be because they have multiple copies of the same CD, and Fran gets the number 1 copy.

Well spotted though, and I'm probably wrong!
