Okay the other day I must have bitten the inside of my mouth as there is a slight hole in the inside ... I've had this before and normally it goes away with time but it keeps catching with my teeth and now my lips swollen ...
i've tried ice ...
any advice? |

welcome to the world of how brace-wearers feel all the frickin time!
i recommend bonjela and also if you really need to for a few days til it heals you should be able to get mouldable transparent wax stuff in the chemist to put over the teeth that keep catching it.
i can't remember the actual proper name but orthodontists alway give you little packs when you first get braces. |
