"famous blue raincoat" -- leonard cohen.
i LOVE this song, the lyrics are beautiful but by Christ this isn't what you'd want to have playing in your ear when you're on hold waiting for a Samaritans volunteer. |

I'd also have to add Leonard Cohen's "In My Secret Life." Now that's a depressing song. But I like it. |

I know "Paperclips" is one of those Travis songs you either love or hate. I really like it a lot. But it's pretty depressing.

This mortal coil- "Song to the sirens (sad but very beautifull)"
Rem- Every body hurts.
Herbert Gronemeijer- der Weg
Tom Waits- "Ruby's Arms"
Blof/ Fernando Lameirhinas - "Abraca me"
Couldn't choose, they are all beautifully sad:) |
