the debut album is a classic. the second album, not so much. i saw them live in Boston on the "second coming" tour and was majorly disappointed. for starters reni didn't show up and ian brown must have forgot to pack the one note he has in his head, they had everything cranked up to 11 to drown him out. |

Sally Cinnamon, Elephant Stone and that first album changed my musical world, but a lot of it hasn't stood up to my test of time.
Now the Mondays still rule.
But that's just my opinion. |
