I get the pain and sometimes it's ok and other times it's bad (esp if I'm hungry I'll feel like fainting) I swear, I'll never have kids!! I get moody, but I can be a moody person in general lol..and I get big time chocolate cravings mmm |

I suffer of Premesnstrual syndrome so I get very depressed and nervous the week before, just one or two days, I am all unconfortable and feeling terrible, I get bellyaches, headaches and all the stuff. Then a week later, my period arrives, I have strong pain but just for the first day, then I am absolutely fine for another month. Seriously, when the period starts I feel fine because I know the worst part is over
anyone suffering of PMS? |

there was a uk tv show recently where they were running tryouts in the theory that increased calcium and vitamin D intake can lesson pms symptoms.
the results were really positive.
here's a link to a NewScientist article about the theory.
Calcium-rich diets may prevent PMS |

I have terrible PMS - mood swings, lot of tears, feeling very anxious, putting on weight.
It lasts about a week and it's getting worse with time.
My ex used to joke that "one week you have your PMS and you're unbearable, then you have yr periods for a week and you're in pain, and last but not least the following week you're exhausted because of it all. It's really charming to live with you !"
