According to the Travis instagram they're all in Berlin, and it looks like they're recording! !

They're indeed recording for Album 8 :D One of the pictures is titled "Album 8, Berlin Jan '15" (the one with the RUHE AUFNAHMEN - Keep quiet, recording in process - sign).
Based on the instagram pictures we also know that Michael Ilbert is producing again (YES!)
Very excited about this, I really hope it will see the light of day this year! Plus, a recording diary like they did last time would be GREAT. |

It looks like the guys are already making a photoshoot for the record! This is good news :D Also, one of the pictures has the number 8 pinned on the wall, makes me wonder if this could actually be the name of the record? "8" as a record title sounds good to me!

| I think the 8 is more just symbolic, bit it would be cool! Anotjer favorite band of mine (Lifehouse) are releasing their album "Seven" this year haha! |

| Looks like you were right Babbelerik! Fran just replied to my tweet asking about the name of the record and it's "def not called 8 although 8 is a nice looking number." So glad Fran finally replied to one of my tweets haha Although I did get the chance to talk to him once it still feels so special. |

Listening to album 7 this evening for the first time in a while - what a great record!
I'm expecting an enigmatic album title in keeping with Travis for the next one. |
