The guy was supposed to be sentenced today, but it's being delayed because Noel wants to be present to make a victim impact statement. Inerestin'

Wonder if Noel wants to go out for a sodi pop when he is here.
This is my favourite comment on the article: I hope the victim impact statement is in song form - is he bringing his guitar? Also, someone told him not to look back in anger. classic. |

I'm not too sure the fact that he's a "Gallagher" is any longer in question, It was basically one assault by one human being on another.

Probably anyone for whom Oasis were the defining band of their generation. And there are still lots of us, even though it has become fashionable to slag them off in recent years. |

I'm glad the guy pled guilty and regardless of what this guy's lawyer thinks, I think it's Noel's right (as a victim of an assault) to share in court whatever he wants. Since there wasn't a trial, this is his chance. |

u really should cut back on the beer, dude...
don't really care about Oasis either but what really got my intention is: How the hell was this guy able to enter the stage? I mean Oasis is / was like super-protected. At the Gurten Festival, where every band shared the backstage area (like Travis did with all the other bands) Oasis insisted that the backstage area was for their use only and only those crew members they personally have seen first. Not even the other bands who were to play on the same stage as them, were allowed to well..use the table football for instance..
so how did this guy get pass all that security measures? |

I think its funny that his victim impact statement says he IS the lead guitarist and singer for Oasis. |
