Getting to do a poster for the frandy show in SF was a highlight . Better was a bunch of people being so stoked about it that they took their copies out and possed for pictures . Doin a poster for another one of my favorite bands and them bragging it up too .

low , one of my best friends going to jail

Highlights:
- Being asked to participate in the coolest research project ever.
- Last year of uni.
- Singing live for the first time.
- One of the subjects I took this year: Sociology Of The Middle East.
- Getting a Frandy poster by Ric.
- Meeting Gaby, Leti and Ana from the board.
- Seeing Keane and The Kooks live.
- Getting my room painted.
- The visit of my friend and her lovely son, that live in Germany.

Lowlights:
- My best friend moving to London for a year.
- A class I took that was the worst class ever. It was torture having to put up with it for a whole semester. But I lived :oP.
- The second time I sang live and it sucked. Even if it wasn't my fault, I didn't enjoy it at all.
- Problems with my co-worker.
- Getting my room painted: it was a mess.
- Still having stuff to do even if it's December 18th. I'm used to being on holiday from uni by now, but it seems it won't be over until I graduate in February. I'm stressed out and exhausted.

All in all, I think it was quite a nice year for me, but the next one's got to be way better. :o)

Highlights:
Getting a first in my degree then graduating
Recent times - a few random nights out, meeting new people lalala
Brother's 21st birthday party
Getting funded for my Diploma (okay its not really what I want to do but the funding was a godsend at the time)
Handing in that Dissertation and the night out that followed... ;)

Lowlights:
The recession... coming out of uni, getting a good degree and then being completely disillusioned that I was almost certainly never going to get a job and all my pals with lesser degrees were getting employed just like that... not a nice feeling
Boats weekend - having to stand up for myself like that was not easy but it had to be done.
Drunken states I've got myself into in my homelands... never again
Working in my awful bar job almost full time for a while in the summer and feeling like absolutely rubbish
And that time when I felt as if I had no one to turn to

Onwards and upwards tho... 2010 is going to be a beast.

I know you explained why, but I can't imagine meeting Gerard Butler being a lowlight lol. Not that I've met him. Where did you see him?
