I love P&P! Do they exist? I had a debate in my FB about this... we came to the conclusion that they didn't, apart from a few (very few) exceptions (such as my bf :P) |

I just finished Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the book. It was quite good, funny. I'm studying it for my exams next year, so we keep watching the bbc one in school. My teacher doesn't like the Keira Knightly one. |

To those who watched the Keira whatever her name is version, are the mother of the girls and the clergyman fucking annoying ?
They realy got on my nerves and i wanted the lot of them to shut the fuck up.

Oh, yes! The mother was a pain in the neck! So I guess it means that the actress (Brenda Blethyn) did a pretty good job in the portrayal of Mrs Bennet :) |

The Keira Knightly version is okay, but nothing touches the BBC version. There is no other Mr Darcy. |

BBC's version is more faithful to the original. But I liked the new version more and Matthew Macfadyen's portrait of Mr Darcy is pretty good. Also, the soundtrack is amazing. You should download it if you like classical music...
I have watched this movie more than 10 times... and I still get nervous when the ending is near! |

One of the few things that are better about the newer one is the mother. While still annoying, she is a lot more bearable than the bbc one, whose voice I just cannot stand. |
