I think you are right. sigh. I'm going to the Scottish Festival here today and I'm hoping to miss the rain. We'll see though.
No Meridith!! If you're going to the Scottish Festival it HAS to rain - the two go hand in hand, :-D !!!

| We had a very strong thunderstorm on saturday evening (it's amazing how the water can move so much earth around!)and it's been cool, unsetteled ever since. Today + 10 °C, showery and very windy. And this is supposed to be summer! |

Hottest day ever in Seattle today. We set a new record, 103 degrees. It broke a 118 year-old record.
By the way our normal high temp is supposed to be 77. |

Huh, that's hot!
Here we have a lovely summer's day, sunny, mild wind and + 22 °C.
I'd go rug washing in the sea, if I didn't have to work. Also, the rugs most urgently in need of wash have already been dealt with. My lucky hubby isn't working today, so he's going cycling. |
