1. Manic Street Preachers
2. Husker Du
3. Radiohead
4. Scissor Sisters
5. Voxtrot
6. The Libertines
7. Bloc Party
8. Afghan Whigs
9. Blur
10. Calexico
11. Army Navy
12. the Jesus and Mary Chain
13. Ash
14. Adam Lambert
15. Bright Eyes
(For the Record Travis has the 3rd most plays, but they aren't my favorite band. The #1 spot is very accurate. ;)) |

Travis tops my lists on LastFM, iTunes and the kitchen cd pile. Other popular bands/artists are Death Cab for Cutie, Depeche Mode, Keane, Mew, Franz Ferdinand, the Killers, Morrissey, Elbow, Nine Horses, Radohead, Nits. Lately I've been listening to quite a bit of Belle & Sebastian and the Decemberists. Coldplay is on the long term lists, but I'm really bored with them at the moment. |

Good to hear. I really loved their first album. Thought the second was ok but not as strong. |

Everyone will come second to Travis for me, for the simple fact that I wouldn't be into music as much as I am now without them ;-). But anyway my other favourites are Elbow, Keane, Seth Lakeman, The Fratellis, Palace Fires (although I don't think they've got any albums out and they seem to have disappeared of late), The Republic Tigers and Juno Falls. There's other bands which I do like, but the ones I've listed are the ones I listen to most. |
