Can someone teach me how to play this 7up game if we're gonna start playing it? :) |

okay, 7 people (I think it's 7, hence the name, but I have played since elementry school) are picked. Everyone else puts their head down on the desk. The 7 people go around and pat someone on the head. If you get your head touched (!) you put your head up. Then at the end, you have to decide which of the 7 people got you. This sounds less fun when you type it out. When you are 8, and it is raining and you cant go out for recess, it is awesome.
*you can cheat my sliding down the desk a little bit, so you can actually see the floor. Then you can see the shoes of the person who picked you. |

We played it slightly different. We put our thumbs up and the person had to push it down. But anyway, it's the same concept.
Funny story, I about DIED laughing when my husband told me this. You know back in the 90s when swishy track pants were super popular? Well my husband had a pair when he was little and when he played Heads Up 7 Up, he was almost always wearing those pants and it was no fun cuz he would swish up to someone, put their thumb down, and then swish away... He was found out every time. Poor kid didn't have a chance. |
