A huge Day of Sport ahead,
If Ireland beat Wales today in Cardiff(5:30 kick off)they win the GRAND SLAM, for the first time since 1948. If Wales beat Irealnd by more than 13 points they win the Six Nations Championsip and the Triple Crown.
Good Luck to the Scots in Twickenham also although I have a feeling it will be an excercise in damage limitation for us.
Also a wee bit of Football today (bottom 6 in SPL all play each other)...
Killie vs 'well 12:30 kick off (hoping for a draw)
Accie's vs Saints 3:00 kick off (relegation battle already)
Falkirk vs Inverness 3:00 kick off (another relegation battle a draw or win for Inverness at worst please.)
Newcastle v Arsenal 5:30 (usually loads of goals)
and then to round off the evening Bernard Dunne takes on Ricardo Cordoba at the O2 arena in Dublin tonight for the WBA Super Bantam Weight World Title.

Couldn't watch the end of the Scotland game, was hard watching. Another poor tournament
The Wales Ireland match is incredible. As a neutral, despite the low scoreline, the game is mesmerising!! Wonder if wales will get a couple of quick penalties to go to 12-0. That would be ridiculous! |

2nd try was immense! Tommy Bowe is excellent. Can't see Wales making up the 18 point swing needed to win the championship in the 2nd half. But. Ireland will want that Grand Slam!! How would the Irish fans feel if they win the Championship but don't get the Slam? |

Wow, 5 mins to go Wales get a drop goal 15-14, looks like Ireland are gonna miss out on the Slam, Stringer and O'Gara step up to the mark 2 mins later Drop Goal!! 17-15 Ireland are back on track... last kick off the ball is a Welsh Penalty Stephen Jones has already scored two from a similar position... but this one drops short, Ireland win the Slam for the first time in 61 years!!! (the Halfway goes mental, as does Dubz)
You could not make this sh!t up, it was nail biting, I do feel slightly sorry for the Welsh, they end up finishing 4th !!
btw Well Done Munster Boy (aka Haz), sink a few in Boston for me !!!
