I don't have a lot of music experience (beyond Flute & Tuba, high school band holla!). But in some weird alternate universe where a band you liked randomly asked you to join in, which band would you want it to be and why? Hey if it can happen to the new lead singer of Journey, it can happen to anyone.
Mine is Arcade Fire. I really like their music, and their live shows are always amazing. They seem fun... for a bunch of Canadians (just kidding Kristy!) And there's so many of 'em, they probably wouldn't notice... (7 official members, 10 total during total)

My runner up for "bands I want to join" is Ra Ra Riot. They're closer to me in age, and they have great live shows too. The fact that they have boys and girls like AF doesn't hurt either. Oh, and I like their music

ok, in a parallel universe (where the guy was actually not-moody), I wouldn't mind being Damien Rice's new Lisa Hannigan... or I could play the piano or learn how to play the cello...*sighs*
