it was a great gig. i posted the set list on the review section but he did it in chronological order from when he wrote the songs and told the stories about them. it was a fun intimate songwriter's session.

sadly i was ill prepared as i snuck this in on a business trip and have no video or pics or anything. i saw a lot of peeps videoing so stuff might pop up on youtube soon. *fingers crossed*

story behind friends is that in this "book" of an album (ode to j smith), this "chapter" is about the bullish guy who only calls his friends when he needs something and is conveniently not around when someone needs him.

there may have been more but that was the gist of it.

Oooh thanks, that's useful to know. It's written from the perspective of a girl I believe, so that makes sense.
