As far as I can remember, this was an event organised by Radio City to showcase up and coming bands, and local talent. Therefore there were a lot of acts on the bill, and I remember being pleasantly suprised by a lot of them, even though I'd come primarily to see Travis.

As always, Travis were fantastic - they are always great live.

Once again, managed to blag my way backstage following the gig by sweettalking a radio city DJ called Dave something.. and as always, the band made an effort to say hello and talk to us about the gig. They're such lovely, down to earth guys - really cool.

This was one of many brilliant gigs that I attended at the Picket - it is an abomination that they've closed the place down... it was a really nice venue.
