Aww...thanks everyone! I do feel better already!
Luke, yes...I did see the doctor right after it happened, well...after I had iced it a little, and gotten over the initial shock.
I'm lucky, 'cause it hasn't bruised much. I get it re-set next week.
My dog is smiling at me now, by the way...I just can't be mad at him! |

So to recap, just this summer:
1) Gladly broke his elbow
2) Lindsey broke her foot
3) Sandy broke her nose
I have come to the conclusion that it is dangerous to be a boardie. |

lol...it doesn't look too different, so it must not have broken too badly! It didn't really bruise around my eyes either, so I look pretty normal, with a slight bump on the bridge.
Hurts a little still, but all I can do is ice and take Tylenol for the pain until I get it re-set.

Is it standard to have to wait so long to get it re-set? |

I think so...they said that they had to wait for the swelling to go down before they could...(ugh, this is gonna sound bad) re-break it and then align it. Something tells me this might be pretty painful. |
