I saw James at Nottingham Trent Poly (as it was then) before they made it big back in 1988/9. Favourite songs are on Stripmine - CHarlie dance and Stripmining

Tomorrow is amazing but...I dunno everytime someone else mentions a song on this thread I think "Wow, that's a fuckin brilliant track" I'm finding it really difficult to pick just one

It is difficult...there are so many good ones. Also love Say Something and also Protect Me from the Getting Away With It Live album. It's much better the way they play it live, than it is on Seven....in my opinion that is.

naming just 1 James song is so hard so here`s my top ten

1.Ring The Bells
2.Seven
3.Someone`s Got It In For Me
4.What For
5.Getting Away With It(All Messed Up)
6.Tomorrow
7.Heavens
8.Say Something
9.How Was It For You ?
10.Waltzing Along

fookin`ell even puttin 10 songs is a hard decision, they`ve got such a brilliant back catalogue

They were talking about the James tour on the radio here yesterday and how everyone who has opened for them in recent years has become huge right after touring with them. Then I came on the board and there is all this talk about James. I have to admit, I've never heard of them before, but I've clicked on a few of the YouTube links and am REALLY liking their sound. Thanks a lot! I'm gonna check them out for sure! :)
