They look good! Make sure you keep them in an airtight container so they don't get all dried out and crispy.
Well, actually there are two types of people in the world. People who like them crisp and people who like them soft and chewy. I'm a soft and chewy cookie person. |

Thanks! They're all gone now haha. We kept them in an airtight container (they didn't last much though, we all love sweets in my family).
The pics are a bit old, but I just remembered I had them now, so I did this thread :oP |

Here's the recipe:
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Ready In: 1 Hour
Yields: 36 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until well blended. Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla one at a time. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Press each ball once with fork tines.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are lightly browned.
Goosey's advice: bake on the top shelf in the oven and check them at 7 minutes, not 10.
I made them with chocolate chips. I just chopped dark chocolate and added it to the dough after mixing all the ingredients. And then when the cookies came out of the oven, I placed a bigger piece of chocolate in the center of each cookie. |
