Yup, that's exactly what it means. Technically, anyway. The other years, I celebrate my birthday on the 28th :o) |

So we should just divide your actual age by 4 and then say you're whatever age that is? Haha |

I've been known to do just that hehe. Always a good excuse to have birthday two days in a row.
And yes, I just tell people that I turn 7, except they don't really believe. Also heard a bunch of bad jokes already today because of this. So maybe I should just spill the beans and tell people that I turn 28 :oP |
