So apparently the organizer said the headliner was, "a black artist from NY." So for me my official guess was Jay-Z.
And I was right.
I wonder who else is going to be on the bill.
Guess, anyone? |

I think it was mentioned somewhere that Radiohead had kept the Glasto weekend free in their calender. Also so have Coldplay.
And for the older crowd, I think Neil Diamond is playing. |

Eavis said he wanted to "break with tradition this time and put on something totally different". Saying he hoped Jay-Z would attract a younger audience to the event, he went on "He will appeal to the young people and under-25s for sure, so that's a big pull for them. It's not like the traditional one we do, like Radiohead, Coldplay and Muse and Oasis."
eFestivals thinks the Friday headliner will be The Verve and our best guess for the Sunday headliner is currently Leonard Cohen.

Most people I know who go to Glastonbury don't even go for the music. It pisses me off coz it's an 'experience' but what about people who actually wanna see these bands but can't coz some goof has got tickets to go just to smoke too much weed, drink to much and pass out in their own tent all weekend.

There are no words for this. |
