I was also considering this yesterday. Seen the ad millions of times but it occured to me yesterday it doesn't make me want to go out and buy Cadbury's chocolate lol |

A great advert. Really captures your attention. I guess if it were just some random human it wouldn't be half as appealing would it? :p
Actually, was the advert in conjunction with the Rugby world cup? I remember he has a kind of "come on England" message on his drums, at least on some of them. So, I guess a gorilla is big and powerful, which reflects the spirit of rugby and rugby players. :) |

Yeah, they paid quite a hefty sum to show the advert before the final and semi-final with pro-England slogans on the drums.
