Oui, magnésium à haute dose dans les cas de crise, mais je ne le fixe pas alors je complète avec du calcium et du fluor, ça aide à le retenir un peu mais c'est pas miraculeux - le secret c'est se reposer, éviter de trop stresser et manger correctement, tout le contraire de ce que je fais quoi!! Alors j'essaie d'anticiper les crises! |
