While I was posting this it reminded me of the advice that Amanda Bines Gave Channing Tatum in She's the Man.

Anyway, I like a good Parmesan.

Though Mozzarella is good too, especially when it's been soaking in the cheese water with some nice herbs. Mmmm. I had some the other day and I was disappointed when my dad put all the cheese balls into the baked pasta so I only got one bite by itself.

I was recently introduced to Goat cheese too. That stuff is so good on a nice piece of meat. I would have never expected it to be so nice and creamy.

I'm still a big Muenster fan personally.

I too like a good Mozarella though.

My Sister likes Muenster.

Wine sounds great :D I got some nice Moscatto D'Asti that I need to drink. Yeah, it's the only wine I like cos it's sweet like the grape juice.

My dad introduced me to Havarti (Back to Cheese) It's a really nice mild flavour. Kind of like Cheddar I thought when I first tried it.

Is that Rose kind of wine? I don't like the sweet taste. Mine is a pure Mediterrian sour grape stuff! Hehee You can have some if you like.. :-P

Cheddar! Yummy!

You know what's great if you're going for not-so-fancy cheese?

Kraft Superlong String Cheese, Twisted Mozarella and Cheddar. DELICIOUS!

I feel like we've had this conversation before. ^_^

I like cheddar, the sharper the better. But I love goat cheese. Goat cheese and roasted pepper pizza from CPK is seriously one of the greatest things ever. I could eat it everyday forever.

I just ate some Hilshire Farms "processed cheese food" in swiss flavour. It wasn't nearly as good as I'd hoped. It was like eating waxy paste. I want some real cheese now too. Perhaps we should have a cheese tasting party when we have that big get together some day.

And it shall be good.

This conversation will never get old. Much like a fine cheese it only gets better with age.

There used to be this rental place near my house that had dumb sayings on its sign, and one time it said "Age doesn't matter unless you are cheese."

True, true.

Yes. And it was from Christmas, haha, so I'm probably going to die now. But I was hungry! And we have no food left! Ahhhh, who am I kidding? Processed cheese food probably last thousands of years without ever expiring.
