Hahahaha we have those in Denmark:D The stores love to display them everywhere.. I think it's straw goats, like mili said :b Or more precisely: straw rams (if I translated correctly ;D). I think they are a bit ugly. I wouldn't want to have them in my livingroom :P

Ikea is very popular here too. Although I can't remember that I've ever been to an Ikea. My friends (especially female) were horrified when they heard I haven't been there, lol. But they are building one in the city I live in and I think it will open in spring next year. I'm looking forward to my first Ikea visit :b

Ric, Target is a heavenly paradise compared to Wal-Mart.

Moray, I held Violet by the hand most of the time. The rest of the time she was ahead of me yelling, "LOOK! More sweet stuff!"

I wondered what those arrows were for.

This store was not crowded at all. I parked right up front and saw the same 10 people over and over again. The funny thing is, when that store opened, people were so nutsy cuckoo about it, there was a traffic jam around the building for 2 solid days. They had to call the police to direct traffic.

I love IKEA. I love the food and furniture. I recommend the Swedish Meatballs. We just got one here a few years ago and it was crazy when it opened. People were freaking out here too and the traffic was insane. No parking available either. Now it's still busy but a thousand times less.

I've never been to an IKEA either, but now I'm curious to see what all the fuss is about.

We had a pair, a big and a small one, in my childhood home. One of them had a black leg after I had played with it near a candle one Christmas when I was tiny. My current home doesn't/will not have them, as you might gather from the Christmas donkey comment, the hubby doesn't like them. I wouldn't buy one from Ikea if I was going to buy one.

Fancy a goat for Christmas, Kayte? ;^)

I don't currently have a Christmas goat, and it's a very generous offer, but perhaps something else would be better. You know, those Christmas goats are so bulky to mail. ;o)
