	Had to laugh this evening. Was on the phone to British Gas going through their answerphone system and came to a point when they asked to confirm your name and gave an example " J. Smith" so for example if your name is J. Smith press 1 !!!!!!! I had this image of J. Smith in hat pressing 1 . Very real :)
