Oh I've done something really bad ;( Some support and help needed!
Yesterday I got some serious cravings sooo I thought to myself: "Noooo I can't by a pack of cigs" and finally decided to go to the pharmacy instead...So I bought some nicotine gums and now I'm stuck on them....Gah I don't know what to do, I feel sick about myself! :( |

I thought jocking was the verbe-form of that word, or something :p

You just have to get off that stuff, seriously I think it's worse than cigs....ok maybe not!
I'm still off the cigs but slipped up at the weekend. Having a hormonal breakdown is my excuse....and to keep the sanity of my bf! It's his fault, he handed me one to shut me up from screaming! LMAO I gave in :(
So there it is. I was gross but calmed me down. I am not on Bach's for the intense irritability :) I think it is working. I haven't wanted to scream/cry/have major temper tantrum in a few days atleast! lol

Well, yes a jock is an athlete, however the term "jocking" implies that you are doing something with a jock. And not the person kind...the cup kind that you wear to protect your...erm...fella parts. |

It tastes like shit and I'm really tempted to have a smoke. These things are supposed to get you off the smoking, not the other way around, lol! I really need to quit with everything that contains nicotine, otherwise I'll be on cigarettes sooner rather than later...Gosh!
