There is a very simple dessert which is from a restaurant in London called The Ivy. It’s very simple. Get some white chocolate (4 bars) and melt it in a Pyrex bowl over a pan of boiling water, add double (whipping cream) put a good fistful of frozen berries into a wide bowl. Pour the hot sauce over.

Hey Diana…Im new here, but love puddings! Ordinarily, when the UK isn’t baking in a heat wave, I’m an apple crumble and custard or sticky toffee pudding fan. Custard has to be REALLY hot though. Like, just shy of burning my face hot.

I have many favourites I am a serious foodie as well I love food very much
im originally from the south of England but now live in south west France the food here is amazing I do love authentic French creme caramel and tart tatin and creme brûlée
we also get a lot of authentic Italian desserts here and I love tiramisu and panna cotta
UK desserts are homemade lemon meringue pie and sticky toffee pudding and rice pudding and I also love syrup sponge too. also love banoffee pie when we make it homemade
today we made homemade scones here with clotted cream and strawberry jam they were lovely but are you a cream then jam or are you jam then cream? I am a cream then jam person
I do post some of the food I have on my instagram page aphotographyloverinfrance anyone feel free to follow me everyone

Agreed banoffee pie is a winner!
Jam then cream here, just because it’s easier to blob the cream on top of the jam!-
