I like asking this kind of questions❤️…
What’s your fave dish/meal/food? By yourself (If you cook at home with recipes), when you go out for breakfast/lunch/dinner and/or a specific memory you have with food (If you saw Disney’s movie Ratatouille, you would know what I mean)
I start: I love cooking at home, I like homemade food (and going out to restaurants if I can!)
I like to explore asian food! and a lot of pasta, if it’s fresh pasta, I like it more.Have a great day! Xx

Gnocchi. Pretty much with any sauce. From butter and sage and parmesan to ragù to a more complex sauce with spinach and mushrooms and other veggies. Give me gnocchi covered in parmesan and I’ll be happy.

I’ve been vegan for 11 years, so everything I eat is meat-free. I like to make recipes with tofu, lentils for more practical fillings like sandwiches, and a typical dish called tapioca. I’ve also adapted family recipes to meatless versions, like beans and soup. I like to experiment with seasonings to vary things when I get tired of what I’m eating. I like to make smoothies with frozen fruit, and lately I’ve added Bruce Dickinson’s very practical recipe for oatmeal with papaya in the morning, which I can also make using avocado. I eat out at restaurants where you can eat as much as you want and in abundance hahahha🤰🏻🤰🏻🤰🏻🤰🏻

It sounds very good!!!
I like Smoothies with frozen fruits too, specially raspberry and strawberry ones, or Berries Mix (frutos rojos as its said here in Chile)
Tofu is so good, I like adding them to soups, i love their texture!!
Lentils as my mom says, they are super-food!!!
I think I’ve heard about Tapioca, is a Brazilian dish, right? I would like to try them someday!

@Diana
Yes, tapioca is Brazilian in fact, Brazilian culinary culture has indigenous, African, European, and even Arab influences. Coming from Chile, the most easily accessible thing I see here are cherries 🍒

Ohhh food – All kinds as long as it’s delicious really! I’m vegan, and love discovering new dishes – so try and cook things from around the world. When I have time, Polish sauerkraut and mushroom pierogi are heaven!

When it comes to food I believe I’m really basic, although Mexican food is not that basic, I think. Well, for me a good portion of chilaquiles (with green sauce) would make my day. If you happen to not know what chilaquiles are, make yourself a favor and look it up 🤤. One of the advantages of chilaquiles is that it can be a totally vegan meal, it can be made in many ways.

There is an Indian Restaurant in LA called Bad Maash which has the best Indian food I’ve had. And coming from Glasgow that’s saying something. I was there tonight with Phil. Phil was on of the Ghosts in a ghost video and also did all of the special effects on all of our videos since.

I also love all kinds of sushi! And there’s this food called ‘Tǔ Sǔn Dòng’ (Frozen Bamboo Shoot Jelly) — it’s a specialty from my hometown. A lot of people don’t dare to try it though, because the ingredient is… kinda unusual.
If you’re wondering why: it’s not actually made from bamboo shoots — it’s made from a type of sea worm called ‘sand worm.’ It got its name because the texture and shape remind people of bamboo shoots.
