It was such a lovely experience meeting you after the show at the Coliseo in Chile. You took the time for every single person, listened to us, and made us all feel seen. You really are a different breed, lads.

Those few minutes with you were worth every moment of the wait. Please never lose that. Fran in his banana hat, made with so much love by a fan, and all of you staying so grounded and down to eaarth despite everything that’s what makes you feel so human and so close to us.

And your music is another story.. It finds its way straight to our hearts and stays there for life. We love you so much, I don’t think you realise just how much you’ve given us through the years. Your songs have been there for us in so many moments, and they will continue to be.

We only hope that life gives back to you even a fraction of what you’ve given to us. Thank you for the music, the kindness, and for always making us feel welcome.

Hey Leslivon,
We are from Glasgow and mostly, Glasgow folk are that way. It’s always cool to meet folk after the show and we always try to do it. I remember one time on a tour in the US ages ago, we were all jet lagged and had had a very technically challenging show. Our tour manager at the time said there were a lot of fans outside but there was a side door we could exit “quietly” I remember thinking hmmm I don’t know about this… So we packed up and exited and were walking up the alley when suddenly we heard a scream and then our tour manager shouted RUN and we all just bolted and fans were chasing us up the alley and their screams soon turned into expletive laden tirades “Fuck youuuu Travis” “Fucking assholes!!” etc. It was horrible. Lesson learned 🙂

It makes me appreciate even more the effort you all make to spend time with people after the shows.
Hopefully I’ll get to see you in Glasgow one day.
And if you ever hear us shouting in Chile, don’t run we’re probably just offering you a beer. 😄🍺
