i feel sorry for the victims but still wish they could have moved the tiger to a preserve...of course i understand the emergency of the situation.

i heard more about this today. it turns out that the tiger was already displaying problematic signs (uneasy pacing, wailing noises, agitation) months before the attacks happened. zoo officials ignored the signs! who wouldn't go crazy in an unnatural environment, in captivity? too sad.

i also heard on the news this morning that the victims may have been taunting the tiger prior to the attack.
