My boss does contract work (he's a lawyer) for a really huge international company. He had to do some lame training for them today. One of them was something to do with dealing with illness and pandemics in the workplace. On two screens it warned against drinking "uncooked poultry blood."

Now what average American or European employee goes on a business trip to a country where this is an option and thinks, "let's give that a go!"

Maybe it's a peer pressure thing. You're really wanting to land the deal and all the other businessmen are drinking uncooked poultry blood. Bottom's up! Blllaaaahhh.

Cooked poultry blood just doesn't cut it. Everyone knows that uncooked poultry blood is where it's at! When I've had a rough day I love to curl up with a nice cup of poultry blood, uncooked of course ;)

It's probably protecting the company from the stupid-asses who might do it and then attempt to sue someone for not telling them they shouldn't!
