My week at work has been terrible and the only thing that has made it bearable is listening to Travis. I think I listened to Singles 7 times yesterday! Who's with me on the Travis as a stress reliever bandwagon? |

Cheers to that!!!!
Even my toddler loves Travis. :) When he's fussy in the car a little "closer", "my eyes", all of it ~ he calms right down and we both de-stress.
Deep breaths and a little Fran clears the mind.
lol!

I agree - I find the music soothing. That's the only thing that would calm me down when my pupils had been horrible last year(and they were horrible most of the time). I sometimes joke that Travis concert tickets and cds should be refunded by the health insurance! ;-) Their songs are the best tranquilizer I know! |

yup, they sure are. they're even more than just stress relief though, they turn you 360 and make you actually start feeling happy when you weren't quite so not to long ago |

Agreed. The Invisible Band did the trick yesterday after a typically rubbish Monday at the office. |

Totally... I got TBWNN as a birthday present from one of my best friends the same day that I had a huge deadline... The cd kept me sane through the night :) LOVE it :) And there is always some Travis song that can comfort you in struggeling situations... |

I had a really hard Summer workwise, with plenty of tight deadlines and long days. Travis got me going and kept me sane. Thanks, lads! |

We are having some trouble at work these days but just knowing that I'll be seeing Travis next month is blowing most of the stress hormones away :) |
