Saw Franz Ferdinand tonight. ( did some new album songs)
Great live band full of energy.
Gig lasted about an hour (maybe 55 mins!) but there was no conection whatsoever with the crowd/fans.
Felt a bit short changed.
But maybe i have been spoilt by Travis.
Have you seen em?

I saw Franz like 3 yrs ago, I was almost, at the last row of the whole amphitheater, but I had so much fun, I was hungry, cold, drunk, but still It was the best gigs of my life. I remember Franz was shocked when they were advised that this festival was a catholic festival haha

by the way, have you listened the wombats? what do you think about them?

never seen them live either

know what you mean. ok we're spoilt with Travis, they are brilliant with interacting with the crowd but I've seen others who at least acknowledge the crowd.... like the mighty cool David Bowie was amazing, just because he talked to the audience. It makes such a difference.
