No Problem. I'm sticking to Old Skool Green Day the moment. Sacreligious, to be sure. But I feel nostalgic at the moment. |

You're from Cincy?! wow! It's always nice to learn of boardies that are close.
Lexington, here. But I go to the Southgate House more than I probably ought. :) |

Paul McCartney - Memory almost full
Manic Street Preachers - Send away the tigers
Travis - The boy with no name
Arcade Fire - Neon bible
Not new but I'm loving them all the same having recently discovered them:
George Harrison - All things will pass (meant to get this for a long time, for some reason never got around to it)
20/20 - Sex Trap
The Pop - Go!
Camera Obscura - Let's get out of this country |

Aww, man, I don't live there anymore! I live in California now! But I grew up there. Only went to one show at the Southgate House, sadly, I liked it there. Better than Bogarts anyway!
So I should get the Menomena Album? I keep going to the record store and staring at it wondering if I should or not. haha!

Some great shouts in there for The Klaxons, Kings Of Leon, Modest Mouse, Dan Deacon and Dungen (though I must admit the new album isn't doing it for me quite as much)
In reference to KOL, the track "McFearless" is such a move forward for them, it's fantastic
Last night, I heard "Illinoise" by Sufjan Stevens for the first time properly. Wonderful album right through, but the opening track genuinely rivals both "Aqueous Transmission" Incubus (Hate, hate, HATE that band apart from this song) and "Golden Slumbers" by The Beatles for the most blissful song I've ever heard |

Ho ho. I asked someone to give me an idea of what to request so I'd sound really cool when we were out one night. She said Camera Obscura. She was right! |

I like Wincing the night Away. But a little bit disappointed as I was expecting something better. I mean it didn't make it for me as much as the first two albums did. :-( |
