Isn't he Catalonian?

I've just heard there are more players in this tournament who ply their trade in Germany than any other league, that includes La Liga, Seria A & The Premiership. hmmmm...

The German national anthem always reminds me of the funeral in Dr Strangelove.
Those who have seen the film will know what i mean.

Me.
Good effort poland. Just lacking a bit of quality in the final third. Oh and few blunders at the back.
If you put it on the plate for the germans, they will always make you pay.
Still, most enjoyable game so far for me.
Good win for germany. Be surprised if they dont go through now to the quarter finals now.

Germany are the only team that have been convincing so far, unfortunately Poland were on the recieving end.

True, true, but wait until Italy and France enter the tournament *sighs* ;)

By the way:
Have you seen the Polish "yellow press" polemics about the German team? AND the equally stupid German responses? (of course they had to re-print the stupid thing in the Germans' favourite tabloid - winding each other up more and more really helps German-Polish relations *sighs*...)

Unbelievable what those tabloids print and people actually believe... (hah, and the most disgusting thing is that one of the Polish tabloids and the German one are owned by the SAME company...)

Wouldn't that be a slight hurdle in him accepting a place in the squad?
